Kendra practices in the litigation area at Fletcher & Sippel, focusing on FELA, crossing, trespassing, derailment and occupational cases. Kendra brings “boots on the ground” experience having previously worked at a Class I railroad investigating, negotiating and settling a variety of personal injury matters, including FELA incidents, crossing accidents and occupational claims. She has acquired trial experience through jury trials, bench trials and contested hearings as a public defender in Iowa and in the practice of family law.
