Since joining Fletcher & Sippel in 2007, Jeremy has represented clients in regulatory and litigation matters. He frequently appears before the Illinois Commerce Commission and has experience handling commercial and personal injury cases in state and federal court.
While in law school, Jeremy worked in the law department of Union Pacific Railroad where he gained experience in FELA litigation, freight loss and damage claims and a variety of other issues facing the railroad. During law school, he received the CALI award, recognizing the highest grade in a course, in Property I, Torts I, Environmental and Natural Resources Law, Federal Income Taxation, Negotiable Instruments and Insurance.
